NHS reforms. This can be seen
from the introduction of a new
indicator for the 2013/14 NHS
Outcomes Framework to
… improve the experience of
care for people at the end of
their lives, and (in doing this) to
seek bereaved carer's views on
the quality of care in the last
three months of life...
